2. Redirection and Service Provision
Azerbaijan Airlines does not participate in the provision of car rental services. Users are redirected to the official platforms of partner car rental companies to select a vehicle, make a reservation, and complete payment transactions. All service terms, prices, payments, insurance arrangements, and other related procedures are carried out in accordance with the internal policies, terms and conditions, and/or other official documentation of the respective companies.
3. Pricing and Payments
Car rental prices are dynamic and are determined by the selected provider. Payments are made directly on the car rental company’s platform, and Azerbaijan Airlines does not intervene in the payment process. Any payment-related issues are handled by the provider.
4. Insurance, Deposit and Liability
Insurance options, terms, deposit policies, and liability requirements are fully governed by the car rental company’s policies. Any damage or violations occurring during the rental period are resolved directly between the user and the service provider.
5. Reservations, Cancellations and Changes
The confirmation, cancellation, and modification of reservations are subject solely to the terms and conditions of the respective car rental provider. Azerbaijan Airlines does not make decisions or intervene in these processes.
6. Privacy and Data Processing
User data is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the partner car rental companies. Azerbaijan Airlines does not collect or store personal data beyond the redirection process.
