Passengers traveling to the Russian Federation are hereby informed that carrying uzerlik plant (Peganum harmala) is subject to criminal liability under Article 229.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal trafficking of narcotic substances). Please ensure before departure that neither this plant nor any other prohibited items are present in your checked or carry-on baggage.
