Request Form for Tracking Delayed, Lost or Damaged Baggage

At Azerbaijan Airlines, we are committed to delivering your checked baggage to its destination on time, in good condition and without damage. However, in certain cases, your baggage may be delayed, damaged or lost due to adverse weather conditions, technical malfunctions during baggage handling, or damaged or lost baggage tags. 

If you do not receive your baggage or if it is found to be damaged, please immediately contact the Lost and Found service at the airport of arrival and fill out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). You will then be provided with a unique file reference or locator number to track your baggage.

If your baggage has been lost or damaged, **please fill out the form below and attach the required documents. **

We will make every effort to resolve your issue as soon as possible and pay compensation in accordance with the applicable regulations.

When you report a problem we’ll give you a baggage file reference number which is a series of four letters and five numbers. Example: GYDJ21234
