After 10 consecutive years in the status, the member will receive permanent status. The permanent membership badge will be issued based on the member's current status conditions. Any status held by the participant before 12.08.2024 will not be considered when issuing the badge.
This period is dynamic and changes every day. The validity period of the status is 2 years, while status points are valid for 1 year.
As of the date on which the member is eligible for status, the requirement period will start, and if renewal requirements are completed, status validity is extended more than 2 years from completion date. If the requirement of renewal fails, the member is downgraded to previous status.
Flight miles validity is 36 months. Coefficient to earn flight miles increases accordingly to tiers.
For Elite status members, the limit for refunds and exchanges is combined and set at 3 times per year.
When member reaches 70% of next status qualification, privilege is ready to use
