How the Fare Lock Service Works

Find and reserve your flights

Select your flight, then choose the Fare Lock service, and proceed with the booking process.

Complete the fare lock

An additional fee per passenger will be charged when booking; it can be paid by credit card. After payment, you will receive a confirmation via email.

24 or 72 hours to decide

Your airfare is now locked at a guaranteed price. You can take your time to settle open questions or consult with your travel companions.

Complete the booking

Information about your flight with deferred payment is included in your booking confirmation email or available in the Manage Booking section. Complete your booking process.

Add extra services

Go to the Manage Booking section and select seats, baggage, and other additional services.

Fare lock duration and conditions

Fare lock duration

  • If purchased 7 days or more before departure — the fare is locked for 72 hours after purchase.
  • If purchased 96 hours or more (up to 7 days) before departure — the fare is locked for 24 hours after purchase.
  • Less than 96 hours before departure — the service is not available.

Terms and Conditions

  • The service is only available on our website.
  • Voluntary refunds for unused service are not allowed.
  • It is not allowed to add extra services together with fare lock. Seat selection, baggage, insurance, and other extras can be added after full payment of the ticket.

Frequently Asked Questions

With the “Hold the price” service, you can lock the price of the ticket you want to purchase for 24 or 72 hours.

  • Up to 7 days before the flight, the “Hold the Price” service can be active for up to 72 hours, with a fee of 10 euros.
  • If there are 4 days or less before the flight, the price can be held for up to 24 hours, and the fee is 20 euros.

Currently, payment for this service can only be made by bank card.
