Spending Points

Your ‘Travel Points’ can be used to purchase flights and upgrades provided by Azerbaijan Airlines in accordance with the following table.

Please ensure that you read and understand the Terms and Conditions for Reward flights before applying.

To take full advantage of the Azal Miles programme, follow these simple steps:

1. Plan your Reward Flight as far in advance as possible.
2. Check the required number of Travel Points for your free Reward flight using the Reward Flight table below.
3. Check your Travel Points balance using your online membership account to see if you have the required number of points.
4. Contact your nearest Azerbaijan sales office to see if there is availability for Reward Flights on the dates you wish to travel. The more flexible you are about when you wish to travel the more likely we will be able to satisfy your request.
5. Apply in person for the Reward Flight of your choice, remember, Reward Flight tickets are issued on a ‘first come first served basis’.
6. You will need to pay for the taxes, airport charges and any surcharges when you book your Reward Flight.

7. If you wish to  change departure time and date of reward tickets or upgrade, this is only possible 24 or more hours prior to the departure time. For Classic members there will be a fee of €50 for a change  of a one way ticket and €100 for a return ticket. Change of departure time and date of reward tickets for Silver, Gold and Platinum members before departure is FREE OF CHARGE.

   After departure all the members of program can make the changes mentioned above in the reward ticket by paying fees in the amount of 75 EUR (OW).
