No matter what time of day you fly, you will always be offered a choice of delicious dishes made with carefully selected products.
It should be noted that the menu may vary depending on your travel class, the season, flight direction, as well as the time of day.
When purchasing a ticket with Azerbaijan Airlines, you can order special meal at no extra cost.
Special meal can be ordered during ticket purchase, via manage booking, or by contacting our Call Center at least 24 hours before departure of your flight.
Special Meals Categories:
CHML - Child Meal: A meal designed for children from 2 years old and over. Does not include spicy or highly seasoned foods. It includes a variety of kid-friendly dishes that are nutritious and enjoyable.
BBML - Baby Meal: A meal for infants under 2 years, made with baby-safe ingredients.
AVML - Indian Vegetarian Meal: A vegetarian meal inspired by Indian flavors. Does not include meat, fish, eggs, or animal-derived products (except dairy). It contains a variety of vegetables, legumes, dairy products, and aromatic spices.
RVML - Vegetarian Raw Meal: This meal consists mainly of raw fruits and vegetables. It contains no highly processed foods, additives, or preservatives.
VGML - Vegan Meal: Prepared for passengers who do not consume foods that contain animal-based products. Does not include meat, fish, eggs, honey, dairy, or animal-derived ingredients.
VLML - Vegetarian Lacto-Ovo Meal - A meal prepared for vegetarian passengers which may contain egg and dairy products. Does not include meat, fish, or seafood.
NLML - Non-lactose meal: This meal is designed for lactose-intolerant passengers. Does not include milk, cheese, butter, or yogurt.
VOML - Vegetarian Oriental Meal: A vegetarian meal inspired by Asian flavors, incorporating a variety of vegetables, rice, and seasonings. It does not contain any animal products, animal-derived ingredients, eggs, or dairy products.
DBML - Diabetic Meal: Prepared for passengers with diabetes. Does not include added sugar, syrups, or refined carbs.
GFML - Gluten Free Meal: A gluten-free meal suitable for passengers with gluten intolerance. Does not include wheat, barley, rye, or gluten-containing products.
LFML - Low Fat Meal: This meal is available for passengers who require a diet low in fat. A meal with reduced fat content. It may consists of limited fat and high-fiber foods such as meat and fish, fruits and vegetables.
LSML - Low Salt Meal: A meal with reduced sodium, ideal for low-sodium diets. Does not include added salt, smoked products, sodium and salt substitutes.
LCML - Low Calorie Meal: A meal prepared for passengers requesting a meal low in calories. Does not include high-calorie or sugary foods.
LPML - Low Protein Meal: A meal with low protein content for specific dietary needs.
PRML - Low Purine Meal: A meal with reduced purine content for specific dietary needs.
HNML – Hindu Non-Vegetarian Meal: A Hindu Non-Vegetarian Meal is non-vegetarian and prepared according to Hindu customs. It may contain lamb, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, dairy products, and cereals. It does not contain veal, beef, their derivatives, or raw/smoked fish.
KSML - Kosher Meal: A meal prepared according to Jewish religious specifications. This meal only contains foods prepared in accordance with Jewish dietary laws and customs.
MOML - Moslem Meal: This meal will be prepared in accordance with the regulations and customs of Islam. It will not contain pork products, gelatin, alcohol, flavoring extracts made from alcohol, or seafood from species without scales or fins.
VJML - Vegetarian Jain Meal: A strict vegetarian meal following Jain dietary principles. Does not contain animal products and by‑products, seafood, eggs, dairy products, and root vegetables such as onions, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, potatoes, carrots, radishes and turmeric.
BLML - Bland Meal: A mild and easy-to-digest meal, suitable for passengers who suffer from gastric discomfort. Does not include spicy, fried, or acidic foods.
FPML - Fruits Platter Meal: This meal is for passengers who prefer meals made exclusively from fruit, without processed, canned, or sweetened fruits.
NFML - No Fish Meal: A meal without fish or seafood, but may include other animal products.
HFML - High Fibre Meal: A fiber-rich meal. Does not include refined carbs or low-fiber foods. A meal rich in fiber, including whole grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruits for digestive health.
