Ticket refund:      

Before departure: penalty – 40 EUR

After departure: penalty – 50 EUR

Rebooking/revalidate:

Before departure penalty – 20 EUR

After departure: penalty – 50 EUR

 Issuance of “Open date” ticket: Allowed

Free baggage allowance: three pcs not exceeding 32 kg each

Combination of fares: Allowed

2. «Comfort Club»

Service class: Comfort Club

Fare basis: “WRTCC” or “WOWCC”

The points are not refunded after and before departure

Rebooking/revalidate: The members of “Classic” status are allowed to rebook/revalidate the reward tickets. In this case, 50 EUR should be paid for each flight segment

“Classic”, “Silver”, “Gold” and “Platinum” card members of “AZAL Miles” program can rebook/revalidate reward ticket by paying 75 EUR (OW) after departure

Rebooking/revalidate is free of charge for “Platinum”, “Gold” and “Silver” card members before departure

Issuance of “OW” ticket: Allowed  

Issuance of “Open date” ticket: Not Allowed

Before departure – penalty 40 EUR

After departure – penalty 80 EUR

Issuance of “OW” ticket: Allowed  

Issuance of “Open date” ticket: Not allowed

Free baggage allowance:  one pc not exceeding 23 kg each

Maximum effectiveness: 1 year

Notes:

Ticket refund: unused taxes and fees are refundable

Discounts for Child and Infant: According to all shown above fares, for children from 2-12 ages 25% “CHD” discount applicable. For infants from 0-2 ages 90% “INF” discount applicable

For infants from 0-2 ages traveling with “Classic” and “Flex” fare frees baggage allowance is one PC not exceeding 10 kg each

Taxes and fee: Applying according to published taxes and fees in GDS

"Before departure" (NO-SHOW) A passenger who wishes to rebook or to refund ticket more than 60 minutes before departure is considered as a passenger who has arrived for check-in

“VOID”: The cancelation of ticket is allowed only within three hours from the moment of ticket issuance. In this case, ticket can be cancelled if it is issued more than three hours before departure.  Cancellation of tickets with "No Show" status is strictly prohibited as "Void" status. In such cases, only "Refund" is allowed by deducting an appropriate penalty

"After departure" (NO-SHOW) A passenger who wishes to rebook or to refund ticket less than 60 minutes before departure is considered as a passenger who has not arrived for check-in

"Maximum Effectiveness: validity of the ticket. When combining fares with different maximum effectiveness, a longer" maximum effectiveness" will be applied

Ticket refund / Rebooking and Revalidate

 

In case, if ticket is being by additional payment, Refund and Rebooking/Revalidate of such ticket should be carried out according following rules:

- Rebooking/Revalidating – according to the rules of new rebooked class.

- Ticket refund:    After full refund of fare difference paid for “upgrade” procedure,    the amount paid for the initial class will be refunded to the passenger by deducting a penalty in accordance with applicable rules

 

If a ticket is issued based on a combination of two or several classes/brands:

- Rebooking/Revalidating respective rules are applicable according to segment which is under rebooking class/brand:

- Unused Ticket refund: is applicable according to the rules of the lower class/brand in the ticket

- Partially used ticket refund or revalidating rules is applied only to unused/actual flight segment

Class/brand change is not allowed (within the same service class, to a lower class)

Rebooking/Revalidating - shall be completed according to fare rules of available RBD (Reservations/Booking Designator) in GDS (Global Distribution System) and with collection of difference between fare classes

“Rerouting” – is performed by charging difference between fares and  charges/fees for new route/direction and a sum in the amount of 50 EUR for each direction (segment) (the brand used in the original ticket should be applied). The difference between the fares is not refundable

 

When rerouting to different airports in the same city the difference between the class and the fees/charges in Global Distribution System (GDS) should be charged. The difference between the fares is not refundable
