Attention to the passengers buying tickets online

 

Dear Passengers,

In order to avoid cases of credit card fraud, we kindly ask that you to provide the origin of the credit card when asked by an airline employee during registration. 

In case you notice a mistake in your air ticket the air ticket can be cancelled by Airline only within 3 (three) hours from the time of air ticket issuance but at least 3 hours prior to flight departure according to the schedule.

In order to rebook or refund previously purchased online tickets through www.azal.az, it is required to directly contact the airline via the contact form or e-mail: callcenter@azal.az. Please note that airline reserves the right to ask you to provide scanned copies of your passport, and the face side of credit card used to purchase the ticket.
