Finding delayed baggage

  • If you have received an email or a text message (SMS) from us with a baggage file reference number, you can update your contact details and preferred delivery address using the file reference number and passenger last name
  • If you reported your bags missing at the airport you do not need to take any further action. We are working hard to reunite you with your bags and will be in touch when we find them. Here you can Check the status of your bag  using the application number and the name of the passenger.

 With regard to the claims on the compensation of the damages when the luggage is broken you should address to the representation office of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC and Buta Airways (E-mail wt@azal.azhteymurov@azal.az, tel: (99412) 497-26-00 (int: 22-05, 30-81)) no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of the arrival. With regard to the delay in the delivery of the luggage – no later than 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of the arrival.

 

When you report a problem we’ll give you a baggage file reference number which is a series of four letters and six numbers. Example: GYDJ2123456
