Earn & Spend AZAL Miles Points

For all scheduled flights operated by Azerbaijan Airlines members earn travel and status points.

Travel points

Travel points can be earned by members whenever they travel on the flights of Azerbaijan Airlines, and also when using the services of partners. Travel points are earned for every euro (€) of the base fare of tickets (base fare - is the fare of the ticket excluding taxes and surcharges).

The following tables show examples of the travel points earned by a Classic member on One Way or Round Trip flight Baku-Istanbul (fares valid at the time of publication):

Travel points can be used to pay for purchased reward tickets or service class upgrade of Azerbaijan Airlines flights (base fare only, taxes and surcharges cannot be paid with travel points). The amount of Travel points will increase as members upgrade through the membership levels – Classic, Gold, Platinum.

Status points

Status points are earned based on the destination you are travelling to and the class of purchased tickets. Each destination has a defined amount of status points.

Status points are earned for every purchased ticket, and serve to maintain/upgrade your current membership status.
