AZAL introduces a new class of service

National air carrier of Azerbaijan - "AZAL" once again demonstrates its commitment to improve the quality of the services provided on board of their flights.

 

Starting from March 1, 2015 a new class of services will be introduced on regular flights of the airline on route Baku-New York-Baku – «Premium class» . In the near future the passengers of New York flights of “AZAL"  will be  able to get more comfort, attention and facilities during the flight.

All of the aforementioned will start from the registration process at airports, which will be implemented at separate dedicated check-in counters for premium economy passengers.

On board of the A-340 aircraft which is used by "AZAL" to perform flights to New York, economy premium passengers will be accommodated in a separate cabin and placed in a comfortable chair, which do not differ from the seats in business class cabin.

The similarity with the business class is not limited with this and will continue in the service process in all phases of flight. So, even before take-off, attentive and solicitous flight attendants will offer cozy blankets and pillows to everyone in the premium economy cabin, and special comfortable headrest to younger travelers.

After take-off and throughout the further flight the «Premium class»  passengers will be provided with personalized service, including the supply of various meals in porcelain dishes.

"AZAL" expresses the hope that the new class of service will be appreciated by passengers of Baku-New York-Baku flights and invites everyone to enjoy a memorable flight in this class.
