Low-cost flights of Azerbaijan Airlines just became more accessible

December 29, 2015, Baku – Azerbaijan Airlines announces a reduction in the cost of tickets for low-cost flights to Moscow ("Vnukovo" airport), Dubai ("Al Maktoum" airport), Istanbul ("Sabiha Gökçen" airport) and Antalya.

 

Beginning from January 5, 2016 the price of air tickets for these flights while departing from Baku, will be only 89 euro.

At the same time from January 5, all international flights, including the mentioned low-cost flights, will be operated from new Terminal 1 of Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

Azerbaijan Airlines will continue to revise the ticket price due to the change of the national currency against euro. Previously, the airline announced that prices for flights to such cities as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Mineralnye Vody, Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Tel Aviv, Tehran, Dubai, Aktau, Kiev, Lvov, Minsk, Tbilisi etc. will be revised.

"The list of budget tariffs will continue to expand. Recently, we introduced a new low fare Promo tariff on the Baku-Moscow (Domodedovo Airport) flights, which does not include luggage. Also in the next summer season we plan to open new low-cost flight to the resort town of Alanya. The following year, Azerbaijan Airlines will continue to develop low-cost tariffs to many destinations", - AZAL Vice-President Eldar Hajiyev said.
