The aviation training center, AZAL Training, was founded in 2010. AZAL Training has modern training facilities providing comprehensive initial training, recurrent training and advanced training for crew members and ground personnel. AZAL Training is certified by a competent authority in the field of civil aviation pertaining to the training of aviation personnel. Training at the center is conducted by a highly qualified teaching staff, including instructors who have substantial experience in operating modern aircraft and have been trained at the world's leading academic centers.
The training center is equipped with advanced teaching aids and sophisticated aviation training simulators.
When teaching a foreign language (English) in line with new ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) standards, the training center uses multimedia technologies to significantly improve the quality of the educational process and the effectiveness of training.
In 2010, a Full Flight Simulator designed for training pilots of the Airbus A320 family, Boeing 757/767, ATR-42/72 and IL-76 was commissioned. Currently, these simulators are the most advanced in their class and correspond to level D, the highest international standard of certification of flight simulators.
The training center is also equipped with a modern training complex for rescue training, allowing to simulate various types of emergencies occurring on board an aircraft.
Today, AZAL Training is operating a Multi-Crew Cooperation Course program, which allows graduates of flying schools to successfully master modern aircraft of the Airbus A320 and Boeing 757 families.
