The refund of completely unused tickets should be carried out according to the following rules:

1. The penalty of 25 Euro will be imposed for the refund of air ticket more than 72 hours prior to the departure.
2. The penalty of 50 Euro will be imposed for the refund of air ticket less than 72 hours and more than 48 hours prior to the departure.

The refund of partially used tickets should be carried out according to the following rules:

1. No penalty charged for the refund more than 24 hours prior to the departure
2. 25 Euro penalty charged for the refund less than 24 hours prior to the departure.

The penalty of 50 Euro will be imposed for refund of air tickets less than 48 hours before and after departure on the following routes:
Baku-Tehran-Baku
Baku-Tbilisi-Baku
Baku-Aktau-Baku
Baku-Trabzon-Baku
Baku-Rostov-Baku
For other destinations with the air-ticket refund less than 48 hours before and after departure the penalty of 100 Euro will be applied.
The Refund of paid sum can be carried out during one year.
The refund of revalidated e-tickets should be carried out with penalty of 50 Euro on the routes Baku-Rostov-Baku, Baku-Tehran-Baku, Baku-Tbilisi-Baku, Baku-Aktau-Baku, Baku-Trabzon-Baku. For the other destinations the penalty is 100 Euro(notwithstanding the flight date)
The refund of tickets issued applying year business class fare should be carried out without any penalty regardless of flight time.
