Taking into account that the legislation of some countries may envisage restrictions on the application of bonus programs to encourage passengers, Azerbaijan Hava Yollari, in order to comply with such legislation, reserve the right to change the legal requirements for program participants or change the program content to meet such legislative requirements of the country without prior notice to the Participant;

The provision of bonuses in the form of free tickets is regulated by the main rules of the carrier. Azerbaijan Hava Yollari shall not be liable for damages (material and moral) resulting from the use of bonuses with the exception of the damage caused during air travel. The damage caused in international air carriage shall be reimbursed in the manner prescribed by the Warsaw Convention of 1929 as amended at The Hague in 1955, and other international treaties to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a signatory, as well as the rules of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari.
