About the program

As a token of gratitude, Azerbaijan Hava Yollari is providing you with the opportunity to enjoy the bonuses and benefits on its flights. For every flight with Azerbaijan Hava Yollari a certain number of points corresponding to the distance of your journey according to the table will be added to your personal account.

By earning a certain number of points, the Participant is entitled to the following bonuses:

- free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage;
- free upgrade from economy “Y” to business “C” class;
- free ticket by the airline.

General provisions

• On birthdays and public holidays of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Participant using Gold and Silver cards shall receive additional points.

A Participant may use the accrued points to receive a bonus (free) ticket in accordance with the Table of mile-points.
Note: Taxes, including airport fees, shall be paid by the Participant.

• To receive a bonus ticket, the Participant shall apply to a travel agent or a branch office of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari and complete a form;

• After the sufficiency and the number of points have been verified, the Participant shall be issued an Azerbaijan Hava Yollari Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO) for a free ticket. When this document is submitted to a travel agent or a branch office of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari, the Participant shall be provided with a free ticket. The MCO shall be valid for submission within 3 (three) months from the date of issue. If the Participant has not used the MCO within its validity period, a free airline ticket shall not be issued, while the points in the account shall be canceled;
• The date of bonus tickets may not be changed;
• In the event of loss, theft or damage to the MCO issued for a bonus ticket or of the bonus ticket proper, duplicates shall not be issued and points shall not be refunded;
• Azerbaijan Hava Yollari reserve the right to limit the number of bonus (free) tickets on certain or all flights;
• The bonus (free) ticket may not be reassigned to a third person;
• Unused bonus (free) tickets shall not be returned to the airline and unused points shall not be returned to the Participant.

Bonuses

Bonus in the form of service class upgrade

The Participant can use the accrued points to receive a bonus in the form of service class upgrade in accordance with the mile-points table..

1. To receive a service class upgrade, the Participant is to apply to a travel agent or a branch office of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari and complete an application form;
2. After the sufficiency and the number of points have been verified, the Participant shall be issued an Azerbaijan Hava Yollari Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO) for a bonus in the form of a service class upgrade. When this document is submitted to a travel agent or a branch office of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari, the Participant shall be provided with a bonus in the form of a service class upgrade. The MCO is valid for submission within 3 (three) months from the date of issue. If the Participant has not used the MCO within its validity period, a bonus in the form of a service class upgrade is not provided, while the points in the account shall be canceled;
3. The date of bonus tickets may be changed before an actual flight at the charge of 50 EUR per flight segment;
4. In the event of loss, theft or damage to the MCO issued for a service class upgrade, a duplicate shall not be issued and points shall not be refunded;
5. In the event of loss, theft or damage to the MCO issued for a service class upgrade, a duplicate shall be issued for the original service class;
6. The bonus in the form of a service class upgrade may not be reassigned to a third person;
7. Azerbaijan Hava Yollari reserve the right to limit the number of service class upgrade tickets on certain or all flights;
8. Unused bonuses in the form of service class upgrades shall not be returned to the airline and unused points shall not be returned to the Participant;
9. 9. The price of the airline ticket to which a bonus in the form of a service class upgrade has been applied shall be refunded according to the rules for economy-class refunding, while unused bonuses in the form of service class upgrades shall not be returned to the Participant.

Bonus in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage

The Participant can use the accrued points to receive a bonus in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage in accordance with the mile-points table.

1. To receive a bonus in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage, the Participant is to apply to a travel agent or a branch office of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari and complete an application form;
2. After the sufficiency and the number of points have been verified, the Participant shall be issued an Azerbaijan Hava Yollari Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO) for a bonus in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage. When this document is submitted to a travel agent or a branch office of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari, the Participant shall be provided with a bonus in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage. The MCO is valid for submission within 3 (three) months from the date of issue. If the Participant has not used the MCO within its validity period, a bonus in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage is not provided, while the points in the account shall be canceled;
3. Azerbaijan Hava Yollari shall bear no responsibility for failure to use the bonus in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage;
4. In the event of loss, theft or damage to the MCO issued for free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage, a duplicate shall not be issued and points shall not be refunded;
5. The bonus in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage may not be reassigned to a third person;
6. Unused bonuses in the form of free carriage of 10 kg of extra luggage shall not be returned to the Participant.

Other provisions

1. The Participant shall immediately notify Azerbaijan Hava Yollari in writing of the loss or theft of the bonus card. Azerbaijan Hava Yollari shall not bear any responsibility for improper use of the Participant’s card;
2. Azerbaijan Hava Yollari reserve the right to exclude from the program the Participants who abuse of the bonuses, provide inaccurate information, handle the Azerbaijan Hava Yollari documents carelessly and have not received bonus points in the last 12 months;
3. Persons excluded from the program may not be reinstated to it;
4. In the event of exclusion of a Participant from the program, all the accrued mile-points shall be canceled and shall not be refunded. The Participant must return the card to Azerbaijan Hava Yollari.

Liability restriction of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari

1. The bonuses envisaged shall be applied as far as flight limits (restrictions) permit. Azerbaijan Hava Yollari shall not bear any responsibility for the impossibility to provide a bonus;
2. Azerbaijan Hava Yollari reserve the right to prohibit provision of a bonus at a certain time period and/or on certain flights;
3. Mile-points accrued by a Participant shall not be his/her property and, therefore, shall not be reassigned or invested for any other purposes.
